Due to the large number of requests we receive for assistance and advice, we need to expand our manpower to be able to answer all the queries efficiently (48 hours). We are no longer able to offer this as a free service as in the past.
Effective March 1st, 2014, a small fee will be levied based on the time spent answering requests. This will be at the rate of R250 per query. We base each query on a 30 minute consultation time frame. Should your query involve multiple emails which run past 30 minutes, and additional R250 will be charged – until the issue is resolved.
Once your query is received you will receive an automated email response, advising you of the fee structure and our banking details. As soon as we have received your payment, we will answer your query.
In order to keep the time involved under 30 minutes it is important to supply as much detail as possible in the initial email. Here are the guidelines with regards to CPA matters.
1. Did you buy cash or on finance?2. Was the vehicle supplied with a RWC?3. Did you sign a warranty?4. Is it still valid?5. What were the references/conditions of sale as per the invoice?6. Did you buy privately or from a dealer?
When painting a picture please provide as much info as possible. Don't leave out anything – (even if you think it might prejudice your rights). The more information we get, the better the quality of advice we can dispense.
